Fault I have not seen Before!

I have a HP Omni 100-5000 that half boots and freezes sometimes BSD, at the MS four colour logo.

I have tried booting with an Ultimate boot CD but it does the same thing.

Removed Harddrive.

I have tried booting again with an Ultimate boot CD but it does the same thing.

I ran the memory test for 4 hours from the Ultimate CD and worked fine.

I have tried booting with no mouse/keyboard connected this is the BSD I

It seems to be a hardware fault!

I have checked all connections are made and they seem okay.

Any idea's that I can try........
