[SOLVED] Dell Inspiron Volume Bar, Caps, Wireless Indicator Missing

Hi,

I am using a Dell Laptop Inspiron 1750. Windows 7 Service Pack 1 64 bit.

When ever I pressed the volume buttons, or caps lock button, or the wireless button I would get a small see thru popup window showing me the current setting of that button. Now the small see thru window is no longer appearing for the volume, caps, wireless...

Help. I would like the see thru windows to reappear. Would this be related to Dell QuickSet?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
