[SOLVED] Screen resolution doesn't fit.

Basically, I have a too small resolution for my screen (there are two black rectangles at the edges of my screen where I can't move my mouse). So first I thought I could fix this by just going into control panel and then resolution options, but none of the options given there fit my screen.

I am currently using 1280 x 1024 resolution because it was the recommended one. I'm sure there's a really simple solution to this, I just don't know it yet.

Please help when you can, much appreciated.
