Putty Connection Manager in Win 7

I uses Putty Connection Manager to take SSH sessions to my Linux Servers from windows Desktop.

Recently I have upgraded my Win XP to win 7. After this PCM is not taking username & password automatically!

Please suggest me what to do!!!
