I have Verizon FIOS wireless router for my internet service. I have 4 computers wirelessly getting internet from it:
- desktop
- 2 laptops
- iPad (the latest to be connected)
It seems ever since my iPad came on board, my desktop has been slower to get to the webpages & often freezing.
Here's the 2nd issue. I don't remember if this was before or after I wirelessly connected my iPad (I think BEFORE), but my desktop screen of my desktop went all black but the icons are still there. The message box says to activate with my key code. My code's back at my parents' house, so I don't know when I'll get that CD-ROM.
Which has to do with my suddenly slow/freezing desktop? My new iPad, making it the 4th computer hooked up with this router OR that the Windows Vista wants activation for some unknown reason to me.
What do I need to do? Who's tech support do I call to get my desktop moving faster again (internet provider OR Microsoft people)?
