As the title says, I cannot run certain programs. Such as Skype, Starmade, Minecraft, etc.
I haven't found many others, but these programs I know won't open if I click them. Briefly, the loading circle appears, but nothing opens. Skype opens on startup but if I exit it, I have to reboot just to open it again. Also, each program briefly shows up in processes then stops. I've scanned with malwarebytes and removed anything it found. I've tried a few simple registry fixes but to no avail. What could be causing this..
