Outlook from XP to windows 7

hey all

Im currently upgrading to a new windows 7 pc

i have a lot of old emails on my outlook , i will be installing office 2010 which will come with the new outlook

Id like to just transfer all the emails , account settings and folders to the new pc , which is the easiest way to do this , i understand i can back up the mbx files but will they work with the new outlook ?

Is there a program that can do this ?
