[SOLVED] No display

Hello, this is how the problem started.

I left my pc on while i was gone for hours and when i came i noticed it was off and i turned it on, the screen showed no display and i checked the monitor snd cables and everything is alright, i think my pc is having problems to resume the sleep or hibernate. How can i solve it?
