Can't complete ChkDsk scan on reboot

Hi. I've recently been trying to fix a certain problem I've been having for a month. I had recieved a used AMD A8 Quad laptop (a lenovo z575) and had wanted to create a virtual drive. I've done this a few times sucessfully using Easus Home Patrition manager. However there were a few complications at first but i manage too crete the virtual drive. Now a few days later, I deleted the virtual drive and move back the space into the main patrition C:/
This is the problem now, I ran a disk check which said I had errors. So attempted to schedule a one. On reboot it would say "failed" could not lock drive because of recent hardware or installation changes. Then gives the error code which quickly disappears.
I decided maybe a fresh install will work. It did work....for a little while, then after a reboot it started up again. So i thought maybe it was a recent windows update patch (i hadn't installed any new software that week) and use system restore back a week. Problem solved till three days later and same trick did not work. So I taught maybe it's not a recent windows update.
But what could it be? This is where I was hoping you guys can help out explain/fix this.
Below are the listed dirves (some previously hidden but after fresh install shown)

Also include is my full system specs for this laptop.

I will attempt to also take a picture of the error code on restart when I find a camera.

Thank you if you can help.
