Installing VISTA

Hello,

My Lenovo Thinkstation D10 arrived preinstalled with Windows VISTA Business x64.

everything was fine for last 4 years.but now i need to change my Hard Drive (lenovo provided 320GB) as its gone bad..

Lenovo did not provide with any Licence disk (installation cd/dvd) with the system. so i was wondering how do i get my system up againg on another Hard Drive.

There are 3 disks with the system with the following text..
1.Rescue and Recovery CD (1 of 1) (Cannot be used on systems other than Lenovo)
2.Product Recovery CD (2 Disks)(Cannot be used on systems other than Lenovo)

are these CDs usefull to install vista on my new hard drive? how to proceed ?
