Minor problem - Display of right-click menu

This is a very minor problem that just came out of nowhere the other day but it's irritating me somewhat. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Two screenshots are provided to help explain the issue. When I right-click while in Google Chrome, and mouse-over any of the options, the menu looks like it's from Windows 98. The first screenshot. Whatever I mouse-over, the option is selected with a solid blue selection. This did not happen a day ago. Usually when I mouse over an option, like the second screenshot, the selected field is highlighted by an opaque colouring. This only occurs when I right click while in Chrome. I haven't tried using a different browser so perhaps I'll do that to narrow down whether or not this is an issue with chrome or something else. I have not changed anything or fiddled around my personalization settings at all so I am quite confused as to why this happened and I'm unsure how to fix it. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Cheers

Edit: This may be a problem with Chrome. I tried using internet explorer and the menu looks as it should.
