Memory issue

Hey guys,

So I need help figuring out what could be causing this



Just let me know what information I need to post and as long as I know how I'll be happy to provide it (if not, I'll google it or ask how).

I already closed the heavy resource programs such as Firefox, Skype and a program I use called Raptr, and I was still left over with a lot of memory usage.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'd like to avoid reformatting as there is a massive amount of data I'd lose in the process.

No idea why I didn't mention this...
I'm on Windows 7 64 bit
