wifi with pc to mobile

Hello there just i want to have a WiFi connection on my mobile through my PC which dosent have a WiFi and i was not using a modem or router also, the PC was directly connected to internet via a direct cable ( Its a cable internet )
from outside to direct PC. Can i use a WiFi nano installed on my PC and use the connection on my mobile.
please explain how to use WiFi on my mobile with my PC internet.
