Missing Driver

I ran my AVG PC Tune-Up and it showed me I had 1 issue it couldn't fix. I have a Device Driver "lsnfd" missing. I ran Driver Up-Date, though, and it says I have all my drivers. I tried going to the Device Manager and right clicking the driver to see if I would get a choice to update it myself but it doesn't give me that option.

Is this a video driver and can I download a new one from the internet?
