I am sure this is something I am doing wrong but hopefully you can help. I have been using Norton Ghost 15.0 for some time and although some have told me it is not the best performing, it seems to suit me.
During a re-installation, the update process got interrupted. Can't remember why but decided I should start over. For some reason it did not show up in the Add/Remove list and I had the bright idea to remove it manually and deleted all the folders and files I could find. (BIG MISTAKE).
Now when I try to install I get a message that there is already a new version 15.0.0.etc which should be removed with Add/Remove first. The problem is it doesn't appear in the list.
I have done a number of searches using different settings and manually looked through folders but can find no mention of it. I can only guess it is hidden somewhere but can't figure out how to find it.
Can you help?
