Hello, I'm not certain if this is the right section for posting this question or not; I apologize if it's not, but I've got an issue with streams on radio.com I haven't been able to solve, so I was wondering if somebody had an idea/ possible solution for.
For some reason, I am unable to play any streams for any of the Music Stations on Radio.com; I can play all of the News, Sports, and Talk stations, but not the Music stations. When I click on a stream for a Music station on radio.com, the commercial plays like normal, ads appear in the background, and then the sound just goes dead. There's no error message, just dead air. I've tried using 3 browsers (Firefox, Chrome and IE). All are the latest version, and I have the latest version of Java installed as well. I've tried clearing the cache and cookies as well but that didn't help either. I'm able to play Music streams on iheart.com, but not radio.com.
If someone has a suggestion or solution, I would be most grateful.
