[SOLVED] How to transfer OS and all files from an IDE to a SATA without OS both insta

Hello,

In my computer, I have 2 HDD. An IDE and a SATA one.
The IDE already had the OS and other files in it, so I didn't wanted to format it and install on the SATA because laziness.

I know realize this was a huge mistake and I should've gone through the hassle, but whatever.

Both HDDs are currently installed and running on my PC.
IDE (C:/) has Windows 7 and a few other files that I don't really care much about in it.
SATA (D:/) has lots of downloads and installed games that I DO care about a lot.

Question is, is there any way to transfer the OS and associated files to the SATA drive so I can boot and use that one as the main HDD instead of the IDE one? I also want to keep the files that already are in the SATA.

So, basically.
Before:
IDE - OS(Win7 and its files), unimportant stuff
SATA - Downloads, important stuff

After:
IDE - Empty (if possible, the unimportant stuff remains here, if not, it can go to the SATA no problem)
SATA - OS (Win7 and its files), unimportant stuff (would rather it remains at the IDE, as mentioned), Downloads, important stuff.

Is there any way to do this? Please tell me how!

Thanks for reading,
Fideon.
