I have been tasked with identifying a remote help desk software. Our specific needs are as follows:
1. Needs to be a small client that can be installed on end-user machine, or pushed temporarily during remote session.
2. Needs to be able to perform tasks like CCleaner and others do that clean the temp directory, look for registry issues.
3. Needs to be able to perform virus/malware/spyware scan.
4. Needs to be able to initialize a remote session.
5. Needs to be able to be rebranded with company logo.
6. BONUS: if its possible, to estimate how much time to complete the cleaning/repair tasks.
I have spent days looking for a suitable piece of software but what I run into are different applications for each task, like LogMeIn for remote access, CCleaner for temp file removal. This is meant for individual/private demographic, not business/enterprise.
