compaq notebook running windows 7 was working then it decided to try to start later in day and gave me rough time.....keeps starting for bout three seconds.....then shuts off....i hit power again same thing ...gets to red screen and shuts down.....removed battery and tried to run ust on power source same thing any suggestions....iv seen thi happen on towers and 99 percent of time its been bad power source....any help is welcome ty
