User Profile fails logon ?????

I restarted the computer last night, and when I clicked on the user profile icon that I ordinarily use to log on with, I got the following message:


I have retried this 5 or 6 times, but it continues to happen.

Now I am signing in under the Admin user icon in order to get to the Internet.

Can you please help me get this fixed? I have lots of files under the other User account that I need to access!
