BSOD DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL NETIO.SYS

I am encountering BSOD for past few days multiple times a day. I searched all over the net for the solution, ran diagnostics on hard disk as well as RAM, unchecked the caching of disk write/read in utorrent but still BSOD appears every time. I have uploaded the minidump files. Please Help me out.
