Computer shuts off and reboots by itself seconds later

I have no idea what is causing this issue, I've already reinstalled a new copy of windows which in turn wiped my main drive, so there could still be a virus or something on the other drive, I've bought a new power supply which seemed to help the issue for a day. Previously to the new power supply my computer would barely boot and would instantly restart after turning itself back on, and cause an endless loop, I believe my old PSU was dying anyways.

Some things I've noticed so far, when I load up Symantec to do a full scan it ALWAYS will reboot itself without fail, I've left it on for hours while not home and it was still running on the desktop. It also appears to do it while I am on the web just browsing, or watching a youtube video. It shut off once while I was playing Arma 3, but I can play Day Z for hours fine.

My CPU temps are fine, and my GPU can reach about 80 at times, which seems kinda high. I tried turning up the fan speed but this seemed to make it also reboot itself like fifteen minutes later, so I stopped messing with it.

I think either it is a RAM issue, an HD issue or possibly even a virus, as it seems totally random when it wants to shut down aside from during the virus scan (which requires alot of CPU power).

I'm really lost here and this issue is making me VERY frusturated.

The event viewer also just says stuff like:

The previous system shutdown at 5:02:40 PM on ‎1/‎19/‎2014 was unexpected.

AND

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

I've yet to try the ram sticks manually, I plan to do that when I try to spray the computer out real good when I get some spray.
