Help, won't boot anything

Hi, I've been using my laptop for about 1 year now. It's a Lenovo IdeaPad U260, not that good in specs, pretty sure it's a i-5, on Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.
Anyway, I was just normally browsing the internet like I always do and it started lagging a lot. I decided to shut down the computer and go to sleep. I wake up and started it, but it got stuck on "Starting Windows" every time I boot it up. (It looks like this : Image )

I tried to boot it in Safe mode, but for some reason it just freezes when it gets to "classpnp.sys". I tried the startup repair tool or whatever but after the blue-ish background appears, there's only my mouse and nothing else. I created a recovery disc from my brother's computer and boot my laptop from it (external dvd reader). It would get me a little further, being able to choose my language, but then would just infinitely load when it ask me to choose my OS.
So I decided to download an .iso of Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (English). Burnt it to DVD-R and boot my laptop from it. Looked fine, I clicked on Install Windows, choose language, but then it just infinitely loads when saying "setup is starting".
I tried to look at the BIOS, but I'm not really familiar and there isn't much options, tried to look for solutions online but they don't seem to work for me.

Please I really need someone help this computer cost me a lot.
