unexpected I/O error has occurred!

My computer is compaq CQ43-416TX Ci3-2330M

and it is displaying the error as follows:

status: 0x00000e9
Info: An unexpected error I/O has occurred

so...I am unable to start up my windows or computer...and can't even repair it or restore...


so what should I do?
