error encountered in opening lang mon registry

I'm putting my Itherm 280 printer on another computer and the knife cutter isn't working. When I go into properties, I find the feature to turn it on, however I get the error "error encountered in opening lang mon registry"

I tried it on another machine, and have the same issue. Not sure how to fix that problem.
