A color problem

I was just trying to throw this out there.

Short story.

Windows Vista 64 bit

Apparently my screen went black. Someone forced a shut down and didn't mess with the connection first to fix it.

Upon restarting they said some weird beep noise happened. Now my computer doesn't seem to display the color blue. I switch the connection to my TV and that did nothing. So it's not my screen.

Under the properties of my video card it tells me everything is cool. So I don't know whats wrong. Or if it can be fixed.
