Hi everyone
My laptop (Acer Aspire 7736Z) tends to "freeze" when playing videos such as youtube or other online streaming media. When I say "freeze" I mean the sound slows down and turns into more of a screech sound than actual music. The monitor is stuck and nothing can be done for at least 2-3 minutes. After that it jumps back to regular, but if I don't exit youtube, it'll do it again.
I've already installed all the latest drivers, reïnstalled Windows 7 (fresh install). I've reinstalled schockwave/flash, but it still happens
If I go to "Windows Problems" I receive this error:
Problem: Videohardware error
Files that help with the defininition of this problem:
WD-20121019-1348.dmp
sysdata.xml
WERInternalMetadata.xml
What more can I do?
Thanks in advance
Ben
