(install wizard) windows are too large

hi,

I'm having some troubles with windows that are too large to choose the right button.
I've been searching over the internet and I have read things about dpi, but that's 100% in my case and so no problem. I've updated my nvidia graphic's card. I've tried to use a windows 7 fixing tool, no good result.

I'm using an external LED screen with a resolution of 1920x1080. I don't know why it suddenly had this problem... but even without this external screen, the problem shows up

I've included a screenshot of my gta 4 installing wizard (and it's not just with this installing wizard, but also java, adobe pdf...)... Hopefully the image tells you more than what I've been explaining...
