Hello there :)
Well I am in charge of keeping everyone happy with their laptops and such, and today Windows 7 decided to update itself on my dads laptop.
I leave to go to work, come back, and then get my sister complaining that she can't use the laptop, because it keeps looping.
I have seen this sort of problem before with the same laptop, I managed to fix it last time by using DISM to revert the actions of the Windows Updates.
Either I am doing something different this time around, or its not working as it should. I tried using the dism.exe /image:C:\ /cleanup-image /revertpendingactions
It doesn't work, just keeps telling me Error Code 2 Unable to access the Image.
I have another computer to fix too, but am currently stuck with this, I know there is something simple I am doing wrong, so if someone can point me in the right direction, that would be awesome. Cheers!
