Installation issues

Hi everybody, I really wud appreciate sum help.

My computer has crashed (Sony Vaio wit Vista 32bit) and I don't have any recovery CDs and the recovery partition is damaged and doesn't work at all.

The computer cannot boot past the BIOS and any options chosen (i.e. safe mode etc.) in the BIOS cause the computer to turn off.

So Im looking to format the HDD and reload the OS onto it, but obviously I do not have the recovery disks to do this.

However I do have a copy of all the files that were on the recovery partition in a folder on another computer. I was wondering if there was any way I cud turn these files into a bootable recovery CD. And how wud I do it step by step?

I have attached a screenshot of the files that I have that were previously on the recovery partition. Do I need some new file for boot purposes?

Thanks for any help.
