I used Speedy PC Pro to perform a system scan. I have been advised not to buy Speedy PC Pro to try to fix my problems and will follow this advise. But the scan reveals some apparent problems which it seems to me could the of my problems I am having making a on-line payment and the error msg I get on MS Word 2010 about Insufficient memory or disk space. These problem categories are System Problems (COM/ActiveX Entries, Shared DLLs, File/Path Reference, Program Shortcuts, and File Associations), Privacy Items (Windows Cache & History, Internet Browsing History etc, File Sharing), and Junk Files. What I can do to fix my computer following a process and using a software which does not do more harm than good?
