Laptop Freezing Issues

My Toshiba Satellite keeps freezing, but whenever I log onto safe mode it never does. Even with Networking on I can browse the internet and open tens of windows.

I've went through and turned off all the stuff on start up, logged back in normally and everything went fine. Which would lead anyone to believe that whatever is starting up with the computer is the problem. But where do I go from there?
