I have these 2 files I can't delete.
Prev I had about 15 I couldn't delete, but finally I was able to delete those through command prompt, and restarting, etc.
These 2 files [ mkv and avi ] will NOT delete at all. Also once I try to delete you will have a screen come up that says "Identify item -- Recycling" But it doesn't work and when you do that it takes the normal look of the download//the faves etc off by making a magnifying glass on all 3 and move around in a circle like its searching.
I have tried command prompt, deleting and re-adding explorer.exe, system restore, clearing cache and restarting, right click delete, clicking the delete button, pulling it to the recycle bind. I still haven't gotten them to delete at all.
My comp is a new one about a month old its Alienware, Core i5, Windows 7, Intel. M14X.
I'm not sure how to get on safe mode in this F5 and F8 is suppose to take you to safe mode I am told, but it does not take mine to safe mode at all.
