copying a VB project to a new name

Last summer Roger Ashley posted a similar question on one of these forums. If he got an answer I did not see it. Like Roger, I wish to keep the old version intact and create a new version to work improvements into. Roger had several replies asking why he wanted to do this. It seemed clear to me. I want to create a new version.
