Need network interface driver

I have recently installed windows 7 (32bit) in my PC (Desktop) system. Earlier had Widows XP Professional. System has Intel (R) Pentium (R) 4 CPU 1.80 GHz, 1 GB of RAM, Lenovo LN 530-TX PCI10/100 Fast Ethernet Adapter. Now, system showing ethernet adapter software has not installed. Please let me know what LAN drive to be downloaded for resolving the issue. Where to download, if you have one please forward me...:confused:
