MS word 2003 doesnt open in win7, but it will be running in task manager process.

For some reason, I cannot even open my Word 2003. I click on the icon and it shows in the bottom toolbar but doesn't open:sad:. This happens if I try to open a word file or the program.But in task manager process, the word will be running, after end programme, then i can open by clicking on word doc:ermm:.

PLZ HELP!
