m11x windows 7 startup problems

So i'm am really crappy with computers and really badly need help. I use my laptop for school and thats about it (the occasional GTA game)

but for some reason i played it sunday night and was playing GTA sanandreas and everythign was fine then i turned it off put it in my backpack and played some CoD with my brothers at that point it was working perfectly fine so i went to school the next morning and went to turn it on to print some language homework and it started up fine but got to the point where you type in your password to logon ( or in my case facial recognition) and instead of loading normally it instead started flashing back and forth between a black screen and my loading screen (kind of like red gears on a black backround)

Please any help is appreciated remember im bassicly retarded with comps so dumb it down and go step by step

Like 1. Open this folder
2. Delete this file :)

Also when i went to start it up it said launch repair so i did and im backing up some important files (school work and programfiles/programfilesx86/programdata/desktop and then rebooting it as i type this its actually just finished :)
