Hello
I have a Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit system.
I had a virus of some sorts. The virus checker didn't catch it but it was causing trouble by creating tasks that could be seen tasks manager. The offending file was also visible (I don't remember the name). I found it under a folder named "Browser Manager" in my user folders. I managed to delete this folder and the problem appeared to be solved. The computer now works fine except for a problem in Task Scheduler.
When I launch Task Scheduler I get a message:
"The selected task 'Browser Manager' no longer exists. To see the current tasks, click Refresh"
Each time I press the refresh button I get the same message again. I cannot find a task in the list by that name. I looked on the internet, found similar problems but didn't help.
How do I remove this error message?
Thanks
