Windows 7 Failing to Start

I'll try and keep this to the point.

While attempting to fix an error with my RAM I reset my computers BIOS to the default values. After doing so, my computer fails to start. I realize I shouldn't have blindly reset my BIOS without any backup, but hey.

I've been attempting to reinstall Windows 7 from a USB flash drive, but whenever I try I get the error message "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing" and get the option to find it on my machine. I googled this and it seems the problem is usually a bad install disk. I'm fairly sure the install I'm using is good.

I'm using Windows 7 64 bit and my motherboard is an ASUS M5A97 PRO running the ASUS UEFI BIOS Utility. Thankyou for taking the time to read this and I appreciate any help you're able to give.
