Sound card not recognised new mobo

Hi hope someone can help.

I have rebuilt my PC new mobo, cpu, SSD and dvd drive.(specs below)

My trouble is that I cant get any sound either with the onboard sound and especially from the creative sound blaster XFI I have installed.

Device manage just shows yellow, cant update from that. If I download drivers from creative or use an old CD its says the device isnt installed.

I have tried moving it up a slot but no luck. I received one error code when trying to install the creative drivers something like i-0101 that said to reinstall elements of windows, however ive popped the windows disc back in and only get options like system restore, check memory etc

There is a light on the sound card, is it that its just not compatible with the new mobo ? id have thought that iff notmal sound was working.

When I go to sound in control panel I can only see realtek which I assume is onboard sound.

Any help to resolve this would be very much appreciated

Many thanks
