Alterring Laptops National Origin

Hi.

I bought a laptop in Hong Kong (Where I live). I managed to set Windows to English language but now it seems that everytime I download software, the software automatically installs itself in Chinese language.

This makes navigating the menus a nightmare and I usually have to get a friend to set the software to English for me.

Is there any way I can set the origin of the laptop to English?
