[SOLVED] Cannot delete file

I recently downloaded a mod for a video game, it replaces audio so all the files involved were .wav
However, two of the files would not move to the directory I wanted them in. The progress bar appears but never fills up, it remains retrieving file information forever. The same thing happens when I try to delete.
Trying to rename or view properties results in explorer crashing from trying too hard.

I have tried removing through cmd, and safe mode. I have no system restore points (a great folly on my part and something that will be fixed in the very near future)
