QUICK HEAL TOTAL SECURITY 2012 ERROR

I have Quick heal total security 2012 full acivated licensed version with Window 7 professional 32 bit. It is giving the following error in event viewer; -

Event 11, Wininit

Custom dynamic link libraries are being loaded for every application.
The system administrator should review the list of libraries to ensure
they are related to trusted applications.

WHAT SHOULD I DO, I ALSO WRITTEN TO QUICKHEAL BUT NO SUPPORT PROVIDED TILL DATE....PLZ HELP.....
