windows7 no start up

hi i have a lenovo laptop with 7 preinstalled, amd 1.3 gig dualcore, 6 gig ram 6 months old, no start up goes straight to start up repair which does not deal with the problem.
i get

i bought this laptop from a large chain in the uk and now live abroad is there anything that anyone can offer in the way of help??????
