ntuser.dat files

Hello,

While doing so stuff on my computer I found about 100 files by the name of NTUSER.DAT{0f69446d-6a70-11db-8eb3-985e31beb686}.TM.blf and NTUSER.DAT{0f69446d-6a70-11db-8eb3-985e31beb686}.TMContainer00000000000000000001.regtrans-ms, as well as NTUSER.DAT{0f69446d-6a70-11db-8eb3-985e31beb686}.TMContainer00000000000000000002.regtrans-ms.

The number/letter combos change each time, but that should give you enough to get the gist.

I'm wondering what these files are, what makes them and can I delete them?
