I need adminstrators support to move file

I am having trouble in moving an exe file to another location when I attempt to move the file I get a pop-up message telling me that I need Adminstrators support to move the file. Is there some way I can get around this pvroblem.

I am the owner of the computer so in effect I am the adminstrator but the computer does not know this.
