Hello,
my set-up might not be so day-by-day, as my PCs are connected by a TrendNet TK-803R KVM switch. Monitor is a Samsung Syncmaster 2443 with a resolution of 1920*1200.
I have this setup as I have PCs that are dedicated to different tasks, like Programming or a little bit gaming, so a PC might be running for a while, while the screen is directed to another PC.
The used graphics cards are:
GeForce 210, 9.18.13.697
GeForce GT 520, 9.18.13.697
GeForce 9800 GT, 9.18.13.697
In some cases, when I switch back to a PC, the resolution seems to have been set to a lower one, as the open windows were moved (and resized) to the upper left corner of the screen.
As soon as I switch to the PC, the resolution is restored to 1920*1200, but the windows size and position is not changed, so I have to adjust the sizes etc. again and again, which is what makes my real angry.
This behavior is somewhat new, so it might have come with a change of the NVidia drivers.
Is there any way to "freeze" the current resolution, or how do I manage to install one of the previous versions of the graphics driver?
Kind regards,
YaGru
