Creating new free forums

Hi,

we are looking for new forum management tools. currently using mvnforums is evaluating new ones.
Wanted to know whether tech forums work on PHP or .NET

in mvnforums we have limitations in
1. deleting mutiple posts in one click, usually spam posts
2.blocking spam users
