Wake on Lan

Hi

I am trying to set up Wake on Lan on an E Machine E732Z Laptop loaded with Windows 7.

1. I have tried to set up th BIO's to activate the WAKE but cannot find the option.
2. The laptop is connected wirelessly to an ADSL router.
3. Must I use the Mac address of the router?
4. Which IP address must I use ..... that of the laptop?
