Position of screens?

I have a notebook running Windows 7 connected to a TV Screen trough a VGA cable. I usually sit at the couch with the notebook on my lap, and the TV at my front, so the TV is above the notebook. I set the video for two desktops; so when I drag a window to the right it appears at the TV. Is there a way so instead of dragging it to the right I drag it up, as if the second monitor is above the first, not at the side?

I don't mind using third-party programs, thanks.
